What will come in my package?
Bottles and/or cans – Every month, you’ll receive a surprise assortment of newly released and cellared beer.
Beers from Nonsuch Brewing Co. and Vessel Beer Co. – Your package will include beers from Nonsuch as well as from our sibling brand, Vessel Beer.
How much beer will I get?It depends – the prices of our packages are based on the retail value and not the volume of beer or number of cans/bottles in each package.
Is this a beer of the month club?
No – Most of beer of the month clubs offer a single beer. We will offer a different variety every month. Beyond the beer, we offer our subscribers a monthly guide explaining the beers’ profile, history, food pairings, and more.
Can I choose the beers?
No – Right now, we’re not allowing modifications to the contents of our packages.
Will I get every new beer you release?
Yes – You’ll receive at least one bottle or can of every new bottled or canned beer we release to the public.
Can I add something extra?No – At this time, we don’t accept add-ons.
Do you include any food?
No – Although we do produce food in our kitchen (such as house-made bread, charcuterie, and preserves) our packages are currently limited to beer.

Billing
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes! – We’re confident you’ll love your monthly packages but if you decide to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time and you won’t be billed for future months.

How often will I be billed?
Once a month – Monthly subscriptions are billed on the day you order your subscriptions and on the same day in future months.
For example, if you order your subscription on June 15th, you will be billed on June 15th and receive your first package in July. On July 15th, you’ll be billed for your package in August, and so on.Can I split a subscription?
Yes – The more the merrier! We encourage you to coordinate with your loved ones and split your monthly packages. Please note for the purposes of our system, only one person will be able to make the purchase and receive packages.
Can I order a subscription for someone else?
Yes – The gift of beer! If you’d like to purchase a monthly subscription for someone else, enter their address as the shipping address during checkout. If you’d like to purchase multiple subscriptions for multiple recipients, we’ll send you an email from subscriptions@Nonsuch.beer to ensure the right packages arrive at the intended addresses.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes – We’re confident you’ll love your monthly packages but if you decide to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time and you won’t be billed for future months. From inside your account dashboard, you can disable the option to auto-renew your subscription at any time.
Is there a discount on the beer?No – All beer is sold at 100% of the retail price.

Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
Winnipeg – we delivery anywhere inside the Winnipeg city limits. During the summer, we also ship our packages anywhere in Canada – learn more here

How much is delivery?
Free – Delivery is free on all subscription packages – normally 5$ on all orders under 60$When will my package arrive?
We’ll email you when your package is ready for you – waiting in our taproom. To request a delivery of your package each month, please head to Nonsuch.beer/request-delivery and choose one of the available delivery dates. We’ll coordinate with you over SMS before we arrive at your address.
What happens if I don’t request a delivery date?
Your package will be waiting for you in our taproom. We’ll send you an email to let you know it’s ready to pick up – at this time you may also choose to request a home delivery.Can I pick up my package from your taproom?
Yes – absolutely! And for your troubles, we will offer you an additional complimentary taproom beverage. Please note your package will be waiting for you to pick up by default if you do not request a delivery.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my package?It will be waiting for you in our taproom. If our delivery driver is unable to get a hold of you when they are at your door, they return your package to our brewery at 125 Pacific Ave. where you can pick it up during our regular hours.
What happens if I don’t request a delivery OR pick up my package?
In this case, we’ll deliver your package to your shipping address on our last delivery day of the month.
Can you wrap my package like a gift?
No – Regrettably, we’re not able to make modifications to the packaging at this time.

Rewards
How and when will I get my rewards?
Your rewards (as outlined above on this page) will be given to you as a part of your packages on your third, sixth, and and twelfth months of your subscription.

What if I change from one subscription size to another?
if you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, your rewards streak will restart.
