  • All beer sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges without valid proof of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase includes a receipt, invoice, or any other document that clearly shows the date and details of the purchase.

  • In the event that a customer believes they have received a defective or damaged product, they must contact us within 7 days of the original purchase to report the issue and provide proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy or that appear to be fraudulent.

  • If a return is accepted, we will offer a refund or exchange for the original purchase price of the product.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been consumed or partially consumed.
