Focused on Belgian Ales

Belgian brewers have earned a world-renowned reputation for their unique style of beer – we're proud to bring our interpretation to the prairies. Les brasseurs belges ont acquis une réputation mondiale pour leur style unique de bière - nous sommes ravis d'introduire notre interprétation de ce style dans les Prairies.

Brewed In-House

All of our beers are crafted in our brewery at 125 Pacific Ave. We’re proud to join the many other local Manitoban producers, manufacturers, artists, and makers bringing something new to our home.

Designed to be shared

Our goal is to become part of your special moments –  we’ve designed our beers to be shared and savoured in good company. They feature elevated ABV (alcohol by volume) and are packaged in 75cL bottles.

Spring Water

Beer begins as water. Our beers are brewed exclusively with local spring water. Naturally filtered through the rocky Canadian terrain it provides a rich mineral profile and a taste of home.

Bottled Conditioned

By including active yeast late in the brewing process we allow our beers to naturally carbonate in the bottle as the yeast consumes sugars and produces carbon dioxide (and removes oxygen from the bottle.)
