Time is the most valuable resource, specifically, your time and effort as a part of our team. We owe it to you to explain where we're headed and how we'll get there. 


To be clear,  this isn’t a book of rules, policies or guidelines – we find most of those to be nonsense. We know we can’t enforce or impose a culture upon Nonsuch – but we can define our desired culture and take action to support it.  


And even if there were rules, which there aren’t, we’re not working with you because you’ll follow the rules, we hired you for your ability to think critically and challenge what’s presented.


If something in this book (or anywhere in our business)
doesn’t make sense to us, we ask you to speak up.
